NZCT Wellington Dragon Boat Festival

It was a fantastic weekend.  36 teams (900 people) competed each day, including 10 teams who travelled from Christchurch & Auckland.  Saturday (Adult race day) was a stunning Wellington day, with no wind and lots of sun; and plenty of racing excitement with collisons and close finishes.  Sunday (School race day) was a little windy! which added to the thrill of racing, with fabulous crowd support and chant competions the day was full of fun.  Thanks to all the team mangers, sweeps and volunteers for all their hard work. 

Another action packed Dragon Boat Festival on Wellington's stunning harbour - you can't beat that!
