Dragon Boating seems like an attractive sporting/team building/fun option for you, so what does it take to get involved?

Read through this information to find out what to do if you want to get yourself or a team involved in this exciting sport.

2010:  HELP US TO HELP YOU KEEP UP TO DATE:    So we can keep you up to date on developments, we need to keep our email database of teams up to date. Please email  your team name, contact person, email address and contact phone number to wendy@dragonboat.org.nz  prior to 1st October.   We will then send you details of the registration night.

This includes, corporate crews, sports teams, school crews and out of town teams. 

                                   REWARDS!!!!!!!!!

Refer a team that has not previously entered in the Festival in the past 5 years and when they sign up for the 2010 season, we will give your team  2 free training sessions.  Our aim is to find you more competition but we need your help to know who your competitors are.  We will then happily add a new corporate category final, such as Rugby teams, Defence Force, City Councils, Banking, IT & T or Government Departments.  Bring it on!

                                  DID YOU KNOW?

If you enter a 2nd Dragon Boat team from your company or club then the 2nd crew receives a whopping 50% discount on the entry fee to the festival and you receive 2 free training sessions for referring a new team.  Now's the time to expand into a Men's and Women's crew or just enter 2 mixed crews to increase your chances of taking home the glory.
